For this particular project a crucial challenge was transitioning from traditional work processes, characterized by a 2D workflow, to a more information-rich virtual asset. This shift was imperative for enhancing decision-making capabilities and improving engineering visualization within the organization. The ask here was As-built asset information i.e. asset information for all building elements and Longitude & latitude for Room boundaries
The goal was to create Asset information for all Building Elements. This included GUID (extract from BIM models) – Unique, Space/Location Tag – Unique, Room Number or Tag – Unique, Associated Level, Asset Identifier (Vendor reference identifier) – Unique, to name a few. All these could not be done using Revit alone and thus a special requirement arose for Automation.
Autodesk Dynamo was extensively utilised for extracting the Asset information details. Highly automated content sourcing saved significant time and Automated data extraction speeded data availability. Faster process resulted increased efficiency.
The Project was successfully delivered with all scope of work completed. The SABS team including the Director Mr Bhaskar Negi, studio Manager Mr. Arvind Bhandari and BIM Manager Mr. Mehul Gaur feel that the confidence and reliability on Autodesk Tools has increased manifold after this project. With advanced training and continuous support from Ceinsys Team, SABS Team was able to deliver their projects on Autodesk BIM Platform with Automation, optimising the time and maintaining the quality.

Space availability, placement of all equipment, and providing adequate operating space within available space was a problem for Hydropure Systems. This was a challenge because the Company had a compact design which needed to be completed in a limited time frame due to the global pandemic and vaccine demand.
