Description

This class will focus on how AECOM is using the BIM 360 next-generation tools for digital design coordination and review for both 2D and 3D deliverables. The topics we will cover will include the following: digital design coordination and review versus analog design review—why we made the switch; balancing BIM 360 classic tools with BIM 360 next-generation tools; aligning BIM 360 software with BS1192 and new ISO 19650 requirements; BIM 360 uptake in developing countries such as South Africa; and the role of Autodesk in the implementation of BIM 360. This session will be co-hosted with Marcel Lanjouw, who you can contact at marcel.lanjouw@autodesk.com.
