- TCThomas ColemanThomas is WSP USA's (formerly WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff) Manager for Technology Integration for the Integrated Solutions Technical Excellence Center. Tom leads the development of technology solutions for WSP projects and programs. In this position, Tom also manages technology related partnerships and provides technology integration into marketing and delivery of projects to provide solutions firm wide. He has more than 25 years of experience as a project manager with specialized expertise in the design and delivery of projects focused on Transportation. Tom led the development and implementation of the 2015 and 2016 American Planning Association Tech Zone with Autodesk.In 2016, Tom led development of the Chicago InfraWorks model with Autodesk.Tom was awarded Parsons Brinckerhoff's "What If" award in 2013 for technology innovation and continues to be recognized firm wide within WSP USA for his work; including the Chicago Model.
- Mark KauffmanMark Kauffman’s career stretches back to the wild and wooly days of the computer animation world in the early 1990s. In 1995, he co-founded Paradigm Ranch Animation Studios and worked on movie and television projects. From 1998 to 2012, Mark taught at The Art Institute of Colorado in the animation, graphics and web design, industrial design, and video production departments. In 2003, he joined the Project Visualization Group as the team technical lead at WSP (then known as Parsons Brinckerhoff). There he handles all technical aspects of production, manages the render farm, oversees the group’s research and development, as well as new technology initiatives, and serves as the group's BIM manager. In addition to his duties with the Project Visualization Group, Mark serves as a certified 3ds Max software trainer in WSP’s Autodesk Training Center and is the president of the Colorado AAUGA group.
- JEJosh EllisJosh has been with MPC since 2006. He directs many of MPC’s urban and regional planning initiatives, most notably through Great Rivers Chicago, Transform Illinois, and our work in Stormwater Management and Water Supply Management. Through on-the-ground initiatives like robust community planning for investments throughout Chicago's 150+ mile of riverfront, technical assistance to municipalities throughout northeastern Illinois, and facilitation of diverse stakeholder groups—such as the Calumet Stormwater Collaborative—he leads MPC's multiple strategies to balance community aspirations, ecosystem needs, economic growth, and sound public policy.He is a frequent public speaker, and has also led many of MPC's research projects on a range of urban and regional challenges, including Immeasurable Loss: Modernizing Lake Michigan Water Use, Bus Rapid Transit: Chicago's New Route to Opportunity, and Before the Wells Run Dry. He is an alumnus of MPC's research assistant program, and continues to manage fellowship opportunities at MPC.Josh is a member of the Midwest Leadership Council of the National Parks Conservation Association, and a Board member at PODER, which serves adult Latino immigrants with a mission to provide the necessary academic tools to promote human dignity, increase employment potential, and facilitate participation in the larger community. A New Hampshire native, Josh resides in Chicago’s South Loop where he is a Board member of the Greater South Loop Association. He managed a small school in Japan before his graduate studies in public policy and Middle Eastern Studies at the University of Chicago.His honors thesis, published in Water, Environmental Security and Sustainable Rural Development: Conflict and Cooperation in Central Eurasia, compared the political discourse of marsh restoration in southeastern Iraq with the environmental history of the region.

Kevin co-authored the Company’s patented 3D modeling software suite. He has more than 25 years’ experience in developing technologies.
