- SPStephen PrestonStephen has worked with Forge since before it was called Forge. Formerly manager of the global Forge developer support and evangelist team, he is now responsible for Forge business strategy - which includes pricing and launching new Forge APIs. Stephen recently relocated from the SF Bay Area to Portland, Oregon; where he spends way too much time installing smart home components in his new house.
- SGShawn GilmourAs the Director, Forge Platform, Shawn is focused on enabling a vibrant ecosystem for Autodesk and its partners to reach new markets and new customers. Shawn is helping define the strategy and execution plan for how Autodesk enables partners and customers to build new solutions and apps using Autodesk Forge Platform and Autodesk Cloud application API’s. Shawn has 30 years of industry experience with 19 years in product management, business and strategy roles. I have a passion for cycling of all types and like to ride where ever and when ever I can.
- DGDavid GartnerWhen David was 8, his mom told him something that changed his life: “See how the supermarket puts sugar cereals at your eye level? They want you to ask me to buy some for you.” He’s been in marketing ever since. He now leads the marketing team for Forge, Autodesk’s developer platform. They’re responsible for shaping the Forge brand and creating programs that make this new approach to cloud development both understandable and essential for developers and strategic partners across the world. Prior to Autodesk, David ran vs. Goliath, a San Francisco-based marketing firm. He got his start at agencies including Edelman and J. Walter Thompson and has worked with a diverse set of companies such as Adobe, Microsoft, Genentech, Chevron and Rice-O-Roni. When not helping smart ideas become strong brands, he can be found working on maker projects with his family or swimming in the cold waters of San Francisco Bay … without a wetsuit.
