- DLDavid LetlowDavid Letlow is project manager at Skanska USA Building. He has worked in North and Central Florida, including in Daytona Beach, Jacksonville, Gainesville, and Orlando. His project history includes a federal courthouse, museums, K-12, higher education, and healthcare. He has worked with BIM 360 Field software since 2010 when it was named Vela. He is the BIM 360 Field implementation manager for all new construction projects in Florida, which involves assistance with project setup and training. Letlow’s credentials include LEED Accreditation (LEED AP BD+C) since 2006. Currently he is working in a project controls capacity on a $250 million healthcare project in Gainesville, Florida, ensuring all standard processes are followed, from cost management to document control to quality assurance and quality control.
- CRCatherine RoseDr. Catherine Rose leads development efforts for technical skills, software tool adoption and innovation at Skanska USA Building. Dr. Rose works closely with the Preconstruction and Planning department and BIM360 Field Implementation Managers to promote innovation and tool use across the country.Previously, Dr. Rose led all sales, marketing and research initiatives for Philips Healthcare Lighting. Dr. Rose has been awarded Edison Awards for LightAide and HealWell.Dr. Rose graduated from Stanford University with her Doctorate and Masters in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Finance from University of Massachusetts Lowell. She graduated summa cum laude with degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Applied Mathematics and Spanish from NCSU. Dr. Rose has been teaching BIM certificate course at UW since 2016 and is a former adjunct faculty at Merrimack College in Operations Management.
- IPØivind PettersenØivind Pettersen is a Project manager / Business developer in Skanska Norway.He has been working for 7 year's with design and implementation of field Tools in Skanska Norway. All implementation and design is based on he's 14 years of experience from Skanska production in many different rols, and a high interest for efficient field tools, He have been a driving forze in Skanska Norway’s successful implementation of Autodesk BIM360 Field and other efficient Field tools. He's main goal is to remove all manual IT work and replace it with smart software and workflows that saves Skanska time and highten quality and profit, and at the same time remove all kinds of paper from production included paper drawings.
