- Théo ROMEYERThéo Romeyer, who recently graduated with an engineering degree in construction project management, has been working as a site scheduling and coordination manager for the past year. Despite his young experience, he was entrusted with this crucial role on the Notre-Dame Cathedral reconstruction project in Paris. This early responsibility testifies to his commitment to the overall reconstruction effort for this iconic monument, and underlines his willingness to take on large-scale projects. Alongside his on-site mission, Théo has been actively involved in the development of innovative tools for his profession. In collaboration with Autodesk, he has explored their products and consulting services, contributing to the innovation of tools designed to improve construction project management practices. Théo's strengths lie in his great curiosity, his desire to understand the global needs of a project, and his aspiration to advance his company and his profession. - Ludovic FournierI am a 15 years technical consultant with a background in structural engineering. Involved in international consultancy projects. I am in charge to analyse and develop workflow, training program and technical documentation arround Autodesk solutions.
- Yvan ROUARDEngineer specialized in construction and holder of an executive MBA, Yvan has more than 25 years of experience in building engineering and is PMP/PMI certified. After the first half of his career as a project manager for complex projects (Petit Palais museum, Cité de l'architecture et du Patrimoine, ...), he moved on to managerial positions in operational departments and BUs for various companies. He continues to contribute his business expertise to strategic projects, such as the extension of line 14 of the Paris metro, the overhaul of the international departures process at Orly airport, and the Notre-Dame de Paris cathedral reconstruction project. His ability to listen, his understanding of the issues, his taste for innovation and his close relationship with his team enable him to implement methodologies for carrying out the mission that are particularly well suited to the expectations of his clients.
- Hervé MorellonHervé Morellon is a consulting project manager working with Autodesk's Global Consulting Delivery team for EMEA. Hervé is based in Paris, France and has worked at Autodesk for over 8 years. His career spans 25+ years in software companies. He has 15+ years’ experience in managing projects. Besides project manager, he had roles like consultant, solution architect and pre-sales consultant. Hervé is focused on driving value for all customers he works with and customer success is always at the forefront of everything he does day to day. He has experience of all stages of software implementation, across various industries in Architecture Engineering Construction, and Manufacturing. Hervé graduated with an Engineer's degree, option engineering & management, in computer studies in France. He has held his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2012, plus a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification in 2015.
