Seamless Integration Between RISA and Revit

In this class a realistic building project using steel and concrete will be transferred back and forth between RISA Technologies software and Revit software, demonstrating the structural engineering lifecycle of a project as aspects of the design are added, changed, and removed. Unlike previous RISA-Revit classes, which focused on new features of upcoming versions, the intention of this class is to show how you can use the current versions of RISA and RISA-Revit Link software seamlessly for structural analysis of Revit projects. We will also include newer features such as the linking of foundation elements, elevated slabs, and the importing of rebar from RISA software to Revit software. We will place particular emphasis on best practices to get the most out of the integration between RISA software and Revit software, and we will strongly encourage questions during the presentation.
