There are a few slight differences between right clicking on the top level sheet set
00:08
and anywhere else within it.
00:10
Let's look at those now.
00:12
Right? Click on the existing conditions, subset and go to the publish menu.
00:17
You'll find a new option called publish sheets in subset.
00:20
Expand that and you'll have two choices.
00:23
You can choose to publish them all or not.
00:26
Click on do not publish sheets.
00:28
The menus will go away
00:29
and you should now see a small do not plot icon displaying on the subset name.
00:35
Let's set it back the way it was by returning to the publish menu
00:38
and selecting include for publish
00:41
now, right, click on any individual sheet and return again to the publish menu.
00:46
This time the menu item reads include for publish.
00:50
And if you expand it, you'll get a simple yes or no.
00:53
Let's click on no.
00:55
When we do, you'll notice another difference excluding a single file.
00:58
This way will not display the same, do not plot icon. So you need to be aware of that.
01:04
Let's set the previously selected file back to yes.
01:08
Another popular method used to publish sheet sets is
01:11
to include a page set up override file.
01:14
This can only be done at the top level sheet set. So we'll right click on that.
01:18
And this time we'll select the properties option at the bottom.
01:22
The properties dialogue will display for you.
01:24
You'll see the override file entry at the bottom of the first section.
01:28
Click on the field and a small icon will appear to its right
01:32
click on it to navigate to the files supplied in your dataset named civil
01:36
samples sheets, set dot dwt
01:39
and open it.
01:40
The file will appear in the field.
01:42
Click OK. To exit the dialogue,
01:45
let's return to the publish menu from the top level sheet set again.
01:48
And now you'll see that the published using page
01:51
set up override is no longer grayed out,
01:53
expand it and you'll see the page set ups that are saved within the override file.
01:58
Simply select the page set up that you want to use from here.
02:02
Page setup will take over and you'll get whatever that setup contains.
02:06
In this case, it's creating a DW F file.
02:09
So you'll get the dialog to select the file's location
02:12
again.
02:13
Let's cancel to dismiss the dialogue
02:16
and let's return to the sheet set. Published menu again.
02:19
Now available from the published menu will be the manage page setup option
02:24
since there is now an override file,
02:26
clicking on that will display the standard page setup manager dialogue.
02:30
Of course, from here, you can modify a setup,
02:33
import one from another drawing or create a new one.
02:36
I'll click on close this time to dismiss the page set up dialogue,
02:40
right? Click on the sheet set again
02:42
and this time we'll click on close sheet set at the top.
02:45
I'll close the pallet by clicking on the X in the corner.
