Desktop Connector includes a troubleshooting tool that identifies unsynced cloud updates and provides instructions to fix them.

First, to replicate a scenario that results in an unsynced cloud update,

in this example, an attempt is made to upload a file that is currently open in the cloud.

In the File Explorer window on the right, the hub folder is expanded,

and there is one file in this folder that is currently open and locked.

In the desktop Explorer window on the left, there is also a file with the same name to be uploaded on the local drive.
