In Desktop Connector, an Invalid Folder or File Names Identified warning occurs

if there are trailing spaces in a folder or file name.

You can easily resolve this issue.

In the Warning dialog, you have the option to select Learn More to view the help page.

Select OK to exit the dialog and continue working,

or select View full list of impacted files and folders to address the warning.

Notepad displays.

Click the cursor at the end of each file path and notice that both paths contain trailing spaces.

If you try to locate these folders on the local drive, you will find that they do not exist.

To resolve the issue, navigate to the impacted folders in ACC Docs in the cloud.

Select each folder, click Edit, and delete the trailing space.

When you are finished, exit out of ACC Docs and reload Desktop Connector.
