Have you ever wanted to visualize work with virtual reality (VR)? Do you believe in millions of polygons at 90 frames per second? Do you want to impress your boss, your clients, or even your lover? Then this class is for you! We’ll talk about how to start from AutoCAD software to Revit software, Revit to 3ds Max software, and finally to a 3D engine where you’ll visualize your design faster than ever and on a potentially photorealistic way. Why potentially? It all depends on you, friend. We’ll help you through the process by sharing a real-world case from MRV, the largest construction company of Latin America. You’ll have access to data required to practice what will be taught at home or at your office. We’ll use the data set to show you the steps of production of an immersive visualization software developed by IM Designs that is currently revolutionizing the way people experience their homes. We’ll talk about using CAD and BIM (Building Information Modeling) data, and cover best practices for optimization, hardware, UX, and implementation of the project. Pure love, people!

    Igor is the CTO & Founder of Imagine & Make Designs, a company leader in immersive software for AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) with more than 300 XR projects delivered. He has been interested in three-dimensional user interfaces ever since he first heard of Ivan Sutherland's pioneering work in the late 1960s. He believes that the time has arrived for the computing power available on mobile platforms to make virtual reality a market reality. As a result, any person or company experienced in real-time rendering technology and 3D asset creation is uniquely qualified for the opportunity to become a leader in this expanding market. Since 2010, he has focused on developing for the evolving field of extended realities in order to set standards and break technological barriers. Today a significant connection between R&D and creativity is in place for anyone to get on board of this once-in-a-life opportunity of being part of the history of cyberspace.
