Leveraging key facilities within Autodesk’s portfolio, Charles collaborates with internal divisions and strategic business partners to create living lab opportunities to trial and develop emerging technologies that impact building efficiency and optimization. Charles has managed several key commercial office projects at Autodesk, including Autodesk's advanced workshop and research facility in Boston, MA and has over 25 years of experience managing real estate, projects and facilities.
- Tom FelizTom Feliz is the Director of Sales for OpenSpace. Tom has led construction projects onsite as a project engineer and construction technology evangelist for the past 15 years. He has successfully directed teams on how best to transform their business process and turn information into insight through the use of technology and software innovation, empowering better informed decisions. OpenSpace makes it effortless to capture full visual records of your entire job so that you can resolve disputes, keep track of projects from afar, and far more easily track progress. Tom has specialized skills in process improvement and scaling workflows through the integration and application of lean tools and principles as well as change management certification for adoption. His previous construction technology company was acquired by Autodesk and is now called BIM 360 Plan. Tom received both Bachelor and Master degrees in Engineering and Construction Management from Stanford University.
