Marius JablonskisMarius is passionate about the technology and the way how it can be leveraged to challenge the “status quo” in order drive transformative innovation in the industry. Kristoffer Spendrup BuggeKristoffer Bugge is leader of Digital Transformation within the market areas Energy and International at Norconsult AS. He is results-oriented with high ambitions who wants to challenge the 'status quo' / current method for each assignment. He is a motivating leader and coordinator who has the ability to make large interdisciplinary teams work collectively towards ambitious goals - and achieve them. He works creative, solution-oriented and calm in pressured situations. His social and humorous personality combined with clear communication skills makes him easy to relate to. Experience from several large complex interdisciplinary model-based projects. • Leadership and Teamwork: Strong competence in leadership and cooperation from the Military Officer Candidate School and four years as Navy Special Forces operator in Marinejeagerkommandoen, Norway. • Construction management and control: Good practical experience as a construction manager; (Statkraft; Tunhovd Dam - Consequence class 4) Good practical experience from the field in several projects by working as a building inspector for structures above and below water (diving).
